A signature will be required on delivery. Should you not be at home a postcard will be left with instructions on where you can pick your parcel up. Generally this will be your nearest Australian Post outlet. Delivery of your purchase is guaranteed using the Registered Post system.
Please be aware that deliveries outside of metropolitan areas for all postal services may take slightly longer to reach you due to the postal services offered within that area. We will do everything possible to get your purchase to you within the time specified. If you are unsure if your area falls into the Express Post Next Day Network you can check the details for this at Australia Post - business/express-post-delivery-network. Madame Fru Fru can not be held resposible for delays to your delivery once it has entered the Australian Post Service.
Postage costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
*Free postage on purchases over $100. Please note, if this service is used and the goods are then returned to us for a refund (due to change of mind or fitting issues etc.) the original postage cost of $10.00 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. If goods are returned for an exchange the customer will be responsible for the additional postage costs incurred to re-send the new item to them.
International Deliveries
We ship ALL product lines to New Zealand. Sorry but we can not Gift Box International deliveries.
Other Countries: We ship all lingerie lines and a selected range of Booty Parlor products only. Please note that we do not ship Lelo products outside of Australia & New Zealand as the voltage systems for charging these products may differ in your country of residence resulting in the possibility of them not working. New Zealand - Flat Rate $15.00.
Registered Post International 7-10 Days. This service requires a signature. Should you not be at home a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post office.
Internatioanl deliveries - Flat Rate $25.00
Registered Post International 7-20 Days. This service requires a signature. Should you not be at home a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post office.

Customs & import duties: All deliveries made outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties, custom charges and / or tariffs in your own country. We are unable to advise on possible rates as they vary according to country.
If customs see fit to impound your purchase, all charges &/or cost of goods will not be refunded. If the goods are returned to Madame Fru Fru, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.
