Lingerie Returns
Our mission here at Madame Fru Fru is for you to look and feel fabulous in your chosen Lingerie so, if for any reason you do not, you need to let us know. We try extremely hard to give you as good a representation as possible of all our products however in the unlikely event that your lingerie does not meet your expectations you may return your item/s to us, within 14 days of receipt Australian customers, 25 days international customers, for an exchange or a refund subject to our returns policy below.
Due to the intimate nature of the products that we sell we do not offer exchanges or refunds on panties (individual purchases), nipple tassels, pasties or stockings / hosiery. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on Madame Fru Fru Gift Cards.
The following terms and conditions apply to our Lingerie Exchange and Refund policy:
Please contact us for a returns number 'BEFORE' you return any item/s. Please use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this page or call us on 03 98790595.
- The lingerie is returned in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt Australian customers, 25 days international customers.
- Lingerie must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. No exchanges or refunds will be given if any tags have been removed or if goods are returned without thier outer boxes if applicable ( this does not include gift boxes ).
- The lingerie must be returned unworn, except to try on for size. Please respect health and safety regulations by trying on your lingerie over your own underwear. If we are led to believe that the lingerie has been worn no refund or exchange will be offered and the item/items will be returned to you at your cost.
- The lingerie must not be damaged or soiled in any way. This includes but is not limited to makeup, fake tan and moisturisers.
- The lingerie must be free from the smell of cigarette smoke, perfume and deodorant.
- The lingerie must not be not be washed or altered by you in any way
- The lingerie receipt must be enclosed with the returned product. Refunds & Exchanges will be not made without valid proof of purchase.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE BE OFFERED IF PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED TO US INCOMPLETE. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED COMPLETE, INCLUDING ALL G-STRING, ACCESSORIES, SASHES, BELTS OR ANY OTHER ITEM/S (INCLUDING IF APPLICABLE, ALL FREE PRODUCTS ) THAT WERE PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT.
Please take care when unpacking & repacking your lingerie. All lingerie must be returned in a secure mailbag or box. Refunds will not be given if lingerie is received damaged due inadequate or insufficient packaging. Madame Fru Fru cannot be held responsible for lingerie that is lost in transit. For this reason we would advice you to use the Registered Post system when returning your lingerie to us. No Exchanges or Refunds will be made if the lingerie does not reach us. The customer is responsible for all repostage costs.
If any of the above terms and conditions are not met no exchange or refund will be made and the lingerie will be returned to you at your cost.
- Once your item is received back at Madame Fru Fru and we are satisfied that the returns criteria has been met we will dispatch your replacement item within 5 working days. Customers will be responsible for their additional re-postage costs. If your requested exchange item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
- Refunds will be given using the original form of payment. Refunds can only be given to the credit/debit card used to make the original payment. Refunds cannot be made to third parties. Authorised refunds will be issued within 10 working days of us receiving your lingerie.
- If your lingerie was a gift and you have a Gift Receipt we will gladly offer you an exchange. Your Gift Receipt will need to be included with your lingerie return. You will be responsible for additional postage cost.
- Please be aware that original delivery charge & gift box purchase, if applicable, for all dispatched orders is non-refundable.
Faulty Lingerie
- By using quality brands, and also by checking all of our lingerie for manufacturing faults before they are sent out to you, we hope to eliminate the inconvenience of you receiving faulty products. In the unlikely event that you do encounter a problem please firstly, accept our apologies, and then please follow the returns procedure below. Your replacement item will be dispatched to you within 5 working days with free postage. If your requested exchange item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
- Refunds will be given using the original form of payment. Refunds can only be given to the credit/debit card that made the original payment. We will not make refunds to third parties. Authorised refunds will be issued within 10 working days of us receiving your item.
Returns Procedure for ALL Lingerie Returns.
- Lingerie returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us, PRIOR to sending back your lingerie, us by email using the 'Contact Us' icon at the bottom of this page or call us on 03 98790595. details for your return.
- We will issue you with a returns number, which will need to be written on the outside of the parcel you are returning. Once you receive a returns number from us please post your item to the address below. Madame Fru Fru can take no responsibility for items lost in transit. We would suggest that you send your return by registered post as no exchange or refund will be made if good are not received by us.

Pleasure Toy and Bedroom Accessories Returns
Please choose carefully. Due to the intimate nature of these products, once your purchase is dispatched, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pleasure toys and bedroom accessories including but not limited to hand / wrist cuffs, feather ticklers/whippers & blindfolds. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty please follow the returns procedure below.
Lubricants, Oil’s & Cosmetics Returns
Please choose carefully. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on lubricants, Sensual Oils or Cosmetics.
Books
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on books.
Pleasure Toys & Bedroom Accessories Faulty Returns
- Returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 21 days of receipt. Please contact with details of your return BEFORE returning your item. Please use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page or phone us on 03 98790595.
- We will issue you with a returns number, which will need to be written on the outside of the parcel that you are returning. If your requested exchange item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
